TPS65982 team,

Is there a document with settings for each profile for TPS65982?

Currently DIP switch S1 for different profiles of the chip is set and then using Application customization tool have tried to extract settings in the tool but nothing seems to update.

Aardvark correctly configured in both application customization tool and utilities tool . Application Customization tool doesn’t provide all the options in 0x5C register for GPIOs. HDS3312 mux SEL and enable lines need to be set. Let me know of your recommendation.

In addition, we want to map “Attached L” GPIO event to GPIO1 but the Application customization tool shows only three events :

1. Plug Event
2. Cable Orientation Event
3. AMSEL Event

The register map document does not mention which bytes to set in register 0x5C( register length 64 Bytes) to set certain events. In our case “Attached L” event.

Hi Kay,

Are you referring to the EVM? Each of the EVMs dip switch configurations are explained in the EVM User's guide. If you have your own board with a TPS6582, you can use the Application Customization Tool to create your configuration file.

Would EVM user guide still be applicable for TIDA-00882 for these settings?
