My customer want to use DS90UB913 with DS90UB964 for surround view, we want to check whether the 964 has register to check the line number of the image?

Yes, it can. you can refer to www.ti.com on UB964EVM user guide and its TIDesign based on UB96x's SVS system.

you can read the UB964 d/s carefully, the reg. 0x73 ~ 0x76 tells you on the line count and line length, this is image data format.
