The DS280BR820 product documentation does not appear to outline for limiter mode what the minimum input signal amplitude (Vdpp) required is.

    Hi Daniel,

    The DS280BR820 can produce a full output amplitude signal in limiting mode operation with a relatively low amplitude input. Typically less than 100mVpp will be enough.

    The optimal Tx launch amplitude for the DS280BR820 Rx CTLE is in the 600-1000mV range. It is expected that this Tx amplitude will be attenuated by the input transmission line losses.
