SN75DPHY440SS: Black screen?

Hi 

Camera FPC is 34cm long, so SN75DPHY440SS is used. We have made the following configuration combination debugging. After entering the camera, there are black screens and no images.

Because there are too many combinations, do you have any suggestions or recommendations?

Explain           

M stands for the pin to be pulled up and down by 75K resistor.           

L stands for the pin to be pulled down to ground by 75K resistance.           

H stands for the pin to be pulled to the 1.8V power by 75K resistor.
