Linux/DS90UB954-Q1: How do bind 954 in device tree?

Hello

I am trying to bind the 954 deserializer to a node in my device tree. I know TI does not provide any driver support for this deserializer. However, where is the best place to look to create a custom one. I need to register the 954 as a v4l-subdevice. 

Any suggestions or direction is greatly appreciated.
