TPS65983: TPS65983 USB Vendor ID set

Hi TI experts：

TPS65983 USB Vendor ID can only set four bits，costomer Vendor ID is five bits ，how can we set five bits USB Vendor ID？

Hi Selina,

The first 4 digits should be sufficient for the USB Vendor ID field.
