Looking through the data sheet I believe that the HD3SS3220 needs .9 mA max for the VDD5. I can't seem to find the power usage for the VCC33 rail.
Question 1 - Is .9 mA max on the VDD5 correct?
Question 2 - What is the power requirement for VCC33.
