I want to check compatibility of TLK1501/2501/3101 with FPGA.

Are there any compatibility tests or success stories with FPGAs (Xilinx, Intel (Altera))?

BR,

Using our TLK devices with an FPGA is possible in this type application. Unfortunately we do not have success stories in this application that we can share the details to however I can say that this has been done with TLK1501/TLK2501. TLK3101 is no longer available. Are there any specific questions or concerns that I can answer or comment on?
