Im sooyeon working in Satrec Initative(satellite manufacturer in south korea)
According to the datasheet, it saids 'The DS26F32 offers improved performance due to • Input Pull-Down Resistor Prevents Output the use of state-of-the-art L-FAST bipolar technology.'.
So, i thought DS26F32M is Bipolar technology.
However, in radhome of GSFC, the radiation test report said it's technology is CMOS.
Which one is true?
