DS90UB940-Q1: CSi-2 Interface

I have a working set up of D90UB940. I see al I2C slaves that I need trough the deserialized FPD-Link and lock and pass are ok. How could I interface this CSI output to a PC or any system in order to process the output image. I could also do it with DS90UB948. At the end I just need to be able to use it in anyway to process an image.

Hi David,
the output of UB940 is CSI2 signal, you should have one display panel which includes CSI2 video input I/f or you can have one CSI2 to LVDS I/f converter (can be SoC as well which has CSI2 input and output any I/f which can be accepted by Panel) which is popular i/f for panel.
For UB948, it has same request as well.

The point is we don't want to use an external display. We want to be able to process the video signal in a PC, so we need to interface this with a regular PC.

I have seen cypress has a board for converting it into USB3, but I wanted to check if TI has some similar solution to convert CSI in any other format we can input into a PC.

Unfortunately we do not have an CSI to PC solution to recommend at the moment.
