DS90UB926Q-Q1: Can I run serializer and deserializer from same instance of ALP?

Hi,

I just got the serializer and deserializer EVBs (DS90UB925QSEVB and DS90UB926EVB) working with ALP and USB device drivers. I noticed ALP can only support 1 of the 2 boards connected at a time. Is this a restriction, or is there a way for one instance of ALP to control both boards?

I tried opening a second instance of ALP, but this is not allowed by the framework.

For my case, is the only way to run one instance of ALP per computer, per EVB?

Kathir,

If you are connecting to UB926Q-Q1 with ALP, you should be able to see UB925-Q1 as a remote or partner device. You should be able to access UB925 registers from Remote Register tab or from scripting tab.
