XIO2001: Question for IDSEL

Hello,

I have a question for IDSEL connection.

Now there is a case like the below, XIO2001 is connected to PCIe x 1 connector and there is only one PCI device on the PCI bus from XIO2001.

In this case, only one device on the PCI bus, does IDSEL have to be connected?

And if yes, could you tell me how to decide ID number?

IDSEL for each PCI bus device must be resistively coupled (100 Ω) to one of the address lines between AD31 and AD16. Please see Table 6 in the XIO2001 Data Manual for the configuration register transaction device number to AD bit translation chart.

Thanks. What device number in the table 6 should I use for this case? How to decide the device number?
Does the device number=00000 (A16) work in this case?
