Hi All,
We are trying to support DP83848Q-Q1 PHY (RMII 100 MBPS)on NXP iMx8 based custom platform.
Linux kernel version : 4.9.88
We have modified pin configuration as per our custom platform and enabled "DP83848_PHY" in Linux kernel configuration (make menuconfig).
GPIO reset sequence is implemented for PHY to come out of reset. From the CRO probe, we have confirmed the clock, RMII Mode and reset states.
However, we found that PHY is not getting recognized in Linux.
Whether we can use PHY driver available in Linux (drivers/net/phy/dp83848.c) for DP83848Q-Q1 PHY?
Please provide your input.
