RTOS/DS90UB954-Q1: Replicated data output from Deserialiser in sent to DS90UB953 Serialiser

Hi All,

We have a sensor+ 953 Serialiser(with i2c Addr 0x18) +954 Deserialiser( 2 Lane output) combination working on a TDA2P custom board.

We have a connection from the Deserialiser 954 to another DS90UB953 serialiser where replicated output from Deser is sent to Serialiser( with i2c addr 0x19)

Can anyone please confirm how to verify that CSI2 data is being received by the serialiser( with addr 0x19).

Hi,
Do you want to check if 953 received the csi packet without connecting the 953 to a 954?
You could check 953 register 0x61 for long packet Data ID

No,its not that. I am talking about the serialiser which gets input from the Deserialiser in replicate mode
I have two serialiser 953 . One which receives data from the sensor and the other serialiser receives replicated data from the deserialiser.
I want to verify the second one. I have read 0x61 for long packet Data ID,but it is showing 0.

0x61 should display long packet data id when 953 is receiving CSI long packets. Could you verify if the 954 output is setup correctly?

Hi Charley,

Thanks for your reply.
2 Lane output from 954 goes inside the processor, so we can see the live stream by connecting display to it.The other two lanes(as 954 is in replicate mode) goes to 953.
I will check 0x61 and let you know.
