Hi Kevin,

I would leave the register 0x16 programming at the correct value for the application ( seems like you want the value = 00'h)

I would leave the DOUT_0 programmed to PCIe3 / 10G-KR mode ( program register 0x16 = AD'h)

Did you also try with pin controls?

Dear Lee,

The customer had try 0x16 set to AD’h, but it didn’t work.

Do you have the updated datasheet?

Because the datasheet online did not suggest us 0x16=AD’h as an option.

Attachment is the datasheet I found on the website, is it the up to date version? 

(Can’t find 0xAD on Table2)
