Hi,

In order to evaluate the use of this device (TLK1521IPAP) in a new constelation satellite, we have to chek the radiation behaviour. Since different event can affect to de device depending on thecnology, please, could you let me know which is teh technology used in the manufacturing process? It means, is it CMOS, BiCMOS...?
