THVD1410: operation from 2.7Vin supply

Can THVD1410 operate properly from 2.7V supply?

Only the unterminated bus is used and we run on 38.4kB/s only.

Yes, THVD1410 should still be functional at 2.7V, although some specifications might be violated. I think it works for the application you described.
