My apologies for the late reply. As far as I can tell we do not have a direct replacement for KSZ9563R. Could you give more information on the customer application? What features of the KSZ9563R is the customer using or care about? The closet replacement I could find are TLK10232 or TLK3132 depending on what the customer is doing. Each devices is not a exact replacement for this device.
