DS90UA101-Q1: Address 0x0E setting GPO1 and GPO0 Configuration

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask DS90UA101-Q1?

There are difference of GPO0～GPO3 configuration's setting as follows.
GPO0 : Remote GPO0 control Enable, GPO0 Enable
GPO1 : Remote GPO1 control Disable, GPO1 Input, GPO1 Enable
GPO2 : Remote GPO2 control Enable, GPO2 Enable
GPO3 : Remote GPO3 control Enable, GPO3 Enable

Why is GPO0 setting difference?

Not sure I understand the question. Can you explain what you mean by GPO0 setting is different?
This datasheet table shows the settings to control GPO0 and GPO1 and they are equivalent except different bits in this register control them.

And then, we are sorry that our explanation makes you confuse.

<Default setting>
GPO0 : 0x3X
GPO1 : 0xX5
GPO2 : 0x5X
GPO3 : 0xX5
So, why is GPO0's default setting different compared with other GPO1～3?
We assume that it has some intentions.

Looks like GPO0 is set up as input by default and the other ones as output. There is no special reason behind it, you can set the GPO's the way you want and all the bits in the register are read/write bits.
