TPS65987D: Loading Firmware Onto a TPS6598x issue

Hello

          per TPS6598x Application Customization Tool user guide, we meet below problem on pic 1. How to solve it? 

           Customer use programming FW1026.bin file to flash. They use chroma 2238 to verify bur still can not communicate on pic 2 

           Upload FW.zip. Could you help check why can not Loading Firmware Onto a TPS6598x. Thank you.

    Hi Patrick,

    I was able to load your FW1026.bin file onto my EVM with no issues. Please ensure that the TPS65987D has VIN_3V3 available and that the SPI Flash chip is powered from LDO_3V3.

    Additionally, I noticed that you were using an older version of the configuration tool (4.02). The latest version is 4.03:
