In this scheme, our system does not have CE system control, and whether CC TPS65982 can also run directly, and control other devices as the master. Or recommend a PD chip that does not require a CE system and can control peripheral DCs.

Hello,

The EC is optional for this application. You can configure the TPS65987D using the Application Customization Tool. However, if device behavior needs to change during run-time, then an EC is required.
