XIO2200A: Similar phenomenon

Hi,

My customer has been using XIO2200A for several years.

But recently the customer has a problem with the device in case of using "one lot" , that is to say, seems to be "the latest lot".

The product which uses XIO2200A does not work in case of the latest lot device. (77AV8EW:device marking)

In case of using other lot device, the product works well.

It seems to be similar phenomenon following post.

Will you tell me the root cause of this post, if possible?

Could you provide more information on the failure you are seeing with XIO2200A at your customers site? I will look into this older post and get back to you.

I have been asking detail information to the customer.

As of now, the failure seems to be solved by replacing the device to the older "lot" of the device.
