Please help me recommend an I2C interface for optical modules, an I2C interface for converting one I2C into multiple optical modules, and a dedicated IO for optical modules, which is usually used in cases where IO and I2C are not enough.

Hello,

What are you looking for regarding an I2C device? Do you need voltage translation (and if so, what supply voltages are used)? Do you know if you need a buffer (i.e., in order to help drive larger parasitic capacitance? What do you mean by a dedicated IO?

Without buffer and level conversion, IO expansion and I2C expansion are implemented simultaneously. IO can be a general purpose IO. This chip is generally used on optical modules. I can't find it on the official website. There are I2C extension chips and IO extension chips on the official website, but there are not both.
