Hi! We use DS90UB954 and DS90UB953, IMX291 sensor, DVP 10bits mode.Could you give us a recommend configuration?

Hello,

We generally don't run this pair together in DVP mode, since both support CSI2. Is there a specific reason why you are trying to get both parts to run in DVP mode? Can you provide a system block diagram so I can help with the recommended configuration?

we want use 954 work with 913/953, so we decide to use the DVP mode.

Hello,

Understood. In order to configure the 953 for DVP mode, please read the following app note that details how to do this here.

To configure the 954 for DVP mode, you will need to consider the following registers in the 954 device:

0x6D[1:0] - these bits will allow you to select the proper DVP mode

0x70 - this impacts the 10 bit mode virtual channel mapping

0x7C - this register has some more options for 10 bit mode (i.e. if you want to use only 8 bits in the application, or if the polarity of your sensor's frame/line valid is inverted.
