Hi TI Sirs

I am using the SN75LVCP412RTJR part in my design.

And I would like to know what is the maximum recommended junction temperature of this chip?

Because data sheet only show the ambient temperature limitation (Ta=85C)

    Voyager,

    The maximum junction temperature is 125C.  This should not be an issue even with an ambient temperature of 85C and no airflow.

    Based on the datasheet information: Ambient temperature = 85C will result in a junction temperature of  85C + (300mW / 11.76 mW/C) = 110.5C
