TPS65987D: Reject DR_Swap from far-end device (self-powered)

Hi, everyone,

Could you tell me the condition

which TPS65987DDH rejects DR_Swap from far-end device ?

Our base firmware is f707.10.05.

We're designing PC & Tablet using TPS69587DDH.

When we attach PD monitor (self-powered), sometimes PC rejects DR_Swap from far-end device (self-powered PD monitor).

And alternate mode won't work properly, so display of PD monitor is still dimmed.

Both of PC & PD monitor are DRP device.

So we want to know about the condition for detail.

Check the TPS65987DDH and TPS65988DH Host Interface Technical Reference Manual:
www.ti.com/.../slvubh2b.pdf

There are several instances that would reject DR_SWAP.

There is GPIO Event 78, but more than likely check the 0x29 Port Control Register bits to see how you have the device configured.
