I installed all of the recent drivers for TUSB3410 and the TUSB3x10 Burner and always when i connect the USB is not detectable
there is a way to fix this problem?
im working with Dell Windows 10

Could you please verify that the TUSB3410 is showing up in the Device Manager? To do this:
You should see something similar to Figure 4 in the EEPROM Burner guide, http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu205/sllu205.pdf.

I believe this may be caused by a firmware issue. Is it possible to disconnect your device, remove the EEPROM, and re-connect your device?
Also, could you please report the VID/PID of your device? You can do this by right-clicking on your driver in the Device Manager, and then clicking on the "Events" tab. An example is attached below.
