Hello

I installed all of the recent drivers for TUSB3410 and the TUSB3x10 Burner and always when i connect the USB is not detectable

there is a way to fix this problem?

im working with Dell Windows 10

Hi,

Could you please verify that the TUSB3410 is showing up in the Device Manager? To do this:

Click on the windows icon in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Search for Device Manager, and open it.
In the Device Manager, locate the TUSB3410 driver and please let me know what it's description is.

You should see something similar to Figure 4 in the EEPROM Burner guide, http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sllu205/sllu205.pdf.

Chadi,

I believe this may be caused by a firmware issue. Is it possible to disconnect your device, remove the EEPROM, and re-connect your device?

Also, could you please report the VID/PID of your device? You can do this by right-clicking on your driver in the Device Manager, and then clicking on the "Events" tab. An example is attached below.

Chadi,

You may not be able to remove the EEPROM from this board, but I can't tell from the photo. Could you let me know what the model number is or can you provide a link to where you bought it?

If you provide your VID/PID as I requested earlier, that will also help me determine if removing the EEPROM will help.
