DP83867IR: Ethernet Compliance Distortion Test

DP83867 is failing Ethernet Compliance distortion test. Customer is using test mode 4 and starts the Tektronix application that automatically looks at the waveform and computes the compliance margin. They are failing by ~940mV, spec is less than 10mV, they are measuring ~950mV consistently. All other compliance tests are passing.

I've asked customer to confirm test mode 4 parameters per How to Configure DP838XX for Ethernet Compliance and Loopback Testing (Rev. A) document.

Any other suggestions?

Hi Mark,

Can you tell me if its 64 QFP device or 48 QFN? Also are they testing on their board or TI EVM? Is its a customer board, can they share the schematics?
