SN65DSI85: SN65DSI85: Not able to install DSI tuner software

Hi,

I wanted to install DSI tuner application on windows 10. But I am not able to install because the software complains about not able to download jre.

Can you please assist me on that? 

I have tried uninstalling Java and installing again. Still there is no change.

I have attached the screenshots.

    Hi umesh,

    Unfortunately we are not really able to assist with installing software. The issue does seem to be with Java on your system though. Since you have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling Java, can you try another computer/OS?

    Please let me know if you still cannot get it to install so that we can explore other options.
