DS90UB925Q-Q1: Can't find correct NSC USB NANO driver

I have two evaluations bords, DS90UB925QSEVB and DS90UB926EVB. They both need a NSC USB NANO driver that I can't find. The driver installation info from Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010 Help doesn't work. It points "Cypress CyUSB drivers", but the board has a AT90USB1287 IC for USB communication. Also the device in Device Manager shows 0x4000 (National Semiconductors) as USB VID ID number. How am I suppose to install this device?

I tried this solution without any success, the Device Manager does find the Atmel IC as AT90USB128, but Analog Launchpad can't find the board

I will try to do this.

1. Is Windows XP a requirement? I'm running WIndows 10

2. I flashed one of the boards based on the suggested solutions below, can you send me the original HEX file?

I have tried your solution by following the link without success. Something goes wrong. More help please!

I don't get the option antwhere to select "Cypress EZ-USB FX1 No EEPROM Device", where should this selection occur?

I am now running this in Windows XP in a virtual machine

Hello,

1. Windows XP is not a requirement. I use Windows 10

2. Problem could be because of your virtual machine. Please try it on Windows 10 or Windows 7.

3. Recently had another customer who could do it exactly for DS90UB921-Q1 evm
