TPS65987D: GUI can not run issue

Hello

           Per below pic, customer check ok then GUI will be suddenly disappear and can not keep running. Do you have any comments for this issue? Thank you.

    Hi Patrick,

    Is customer using Aardvark or FTDI board for this?

    If it's FTDI then choose FTDI in the USB to I2C Adapter field.

    If they are using then they need to import the Aardvark driver in our GUI to make it work. For more details on this please refer "Using the Aardvark" section in the "TPS6598x Application Customization Tool user guide"
