TUSB9261: GPIO and PWM terminals settings(usages) by the default firmware

Part Number: TUSB9261

My customer wants to confirm GPIO and PWM terminals settings(usages) by the default firmware.

The settings are described in "Table 2. GPIO and PWM Factory Default Settings" of TUSB9261 DEMO Board User's Guide and "Table 1. GPIO/PWM LED Designations" of the datasheet, but there are differences between them. Please let me know correct description.

Hi,

I am looking into this now and will have an answer soon. It looks like GPIO6 has a different description in these two tables. Is this the only error you see?

It seems like the TUSB9261 DEMO Board User's Guide has the correct description for GPIO6 for the current firmware. Once I have confirmed this I will update the datasheet.

My previous response was incorrect. I was able to find the documentation for the firmware. GPIO6 was modified in February 2014. The change removed the FS/HS connection indicator. The settings in the datasheet are correct for v1.06 of the firmware. The Demo Board User's Guide is incorrect.
