hello

we use TPS65987D， TUSB1064 to achieve full-feature type C function, which can support 5-20V/Maxim 5A input, DP_UFP; USB 3.x DFP.

can we use TPS65987D's internal MOSFET as power path? or should we choose External MOSFET for the Power-safety considerations?

what size is flash memory that was used for TPS65987D？

Hi Jesse,

Yes, you can use TPS65987D's internal MOSFET 20V/5A. You can use W25Q80DV or equivlent as external flash memory.
