TS3USB221: TS3USB221 I/O pin design

Hi Sir,

There are two questions,

1. When TS3USB221 power off or under POR,  D+/D-, 1D+/1D-, 2D+/2D- pin internal design is floating or have pull up/low resistor?

2. When TS3USB221 power on and OE pin = H, S pin= H, D+/D-, 1D+/1D-, 2D+/2D- pin status will be floating or there is pull up/low resistor?
