Hi
I want to build a board that emulate a switched capacitors circuit. I want to use several HD3SS3411 switches to emulate the switches of the switched capacitors circuit, because HD3SS3411 has a very low capacitance and it is a very fast switch according its datasheet(switching time = 0.5ns). Somehow HD3SS3411 has not PSPICE or TINA model, so I can't simulate using HD3SS3411, there is a model for HSPICE but I do not have it. Has anyone used HD3SS3411 to emulate switched capacitor circuit? Does any one who emulated a switched capacitors circuit see a problem using HD3SS3411 in a switch capacitor circuit?
