Has any one use the DP83620 in fiber mode? Did you connect it per the fiber network circuit shown in Figure 9-2? Did it work?
I have my doubts about the FXTD and FXSD connections. For the AC coupled Tx inputs to the XCVR, I would expect them to biased to VBB, VCC - 1.3 V = 2.0. The diagram is showing them biased to VTT, VCC - 2.0 = 1.3. The 130 and 80 ohm resistors for Tx should be swapped. For the signal detect input, what logic family is it? The datasheet only gives Vih and Vil for TTL signals. However, Figure 9.2 is showing it as a PECL connection, though it says to put the VTT divider resistors on the wrong end of the line.
