DS90UB953-Q1: GPIO on UB953 are set to INPUT, but they cannot be pulled up to high level by pull-up resistors.

Dear Sir,

GPIO 0,1 on UB953 side are set to input pins by writing reg=0x0e by 0x03, and reg=0x0d by 0x00, and there are 10K resistors on GPIO0,1 and pulled to VDD,

BUT GPIO0,1 voltage level are still low level, cannot be pulled to high by pull-up resistors,.

Does anybody know why?
