DS90UB948-Q1: firmware not recognized

When connecting my DS90UB948-Q1 EVM to AnalogLaunchPAD the firmware is not recognized (or probably the board).

Connecting other boards (DS90UB949-Q1 EVM) AnalogLaunchPAD works correctly

    I downloaded the SNLC062B-Analog LaunchPad Profile Update Software (snlc062b ) but I don’t know how to use it

    Please let me know if I need to copy the file snlc062b in one specific directory or if I need to do other operations on it

    the pictures you sent were not attached properly can you try to resend them?
    Can you also send a picture of the switch configurations you are using on the 948 EVM?

    Note snlc062b is a zip file. Please extract and double click on "ALP_PROFILE_UPDATE_v03_setup_v_1_57_0010.exe" and follow the installation procedure to install the latest updates.

    Please also note this profile update is for ALP framework v1.57.0010. As mentioned in ALP tools page, new users must install the ALP framework utility (v1.57.0010) first before downloading and installing the ALP-PROFILE-UPDATE.
