Platform: Intel® JHL6540 Thunderbolt™ 3 Controller

TI PN: TPS65983

we provide the FW to Intel, but test fail. Intel reply: the FW version is not latest.

the FW version is v4.55,

Can you help provide the latest version to Intel testing? thanks!

    Is it the TPS65983A or 83B?

    For both the devices you can get the information from the TI's mySecure software site. To get access to the same you need to request on the TPS65983x's landing page.
