Yes, i am looking for an ic which is suitable for splitting one HDMI signal into two monitors at a time.

I don't think we have device to split HDMI signal at same time

Can i use PI3HDX412BD this IC for splitting HDMI signal from HD3SS215. I have attached the datasheet of PI3HDX412BD

you may contact supplier of PI3HDX412BD, it doesn't explain how to split HDMI signal
