TUSB2046B: Problems with start at low-zero temperature.

Part Number: TUSB2046B

Hello! We use in our device TUSB2046BIRHBT. Used in conjunction with PCM-3362 with Windows 10. Crystal MQ-6.000-12-30 / 30/4085

We have a problem when using in conditions of low temperatures (-20 ℃). The chip does not start. In some cases, oscillator starts, and in some not.

Error occurs “Request for a USB device descriptor failed - code 43”.

We tried:

1) Changed the nominal values of the RC circuit (Reset): -Recommended 15kOhm + 1µF

-4.7 kOhm + 0.1 μF (delay 470 μs)

- 10kΩ + 1µF (10ms delay)

2) replaced the power bus (buspwr)

3) tried to run without downstream ports

4) tried to change a hub with tusb2046 to another usb hub device (made in China)
