DP83630: About thermal pad

Hello,

Regarding to thermal pad on DP83630, my customer is asking a question.　

They will replace from DP83640 to DP83630 because of supporting with Auto-Crossover mode in 100M fix.

And I know to no need to change to hardware and software as following thread.

But DP83630 has a thermal pad and its PCB pattern isn’t provided in there board for DP83640.

(Question)

･Does it need thermal pad PCB pattern for DP83630?

Sorry for delayed response. Package of DP83630 and DP83640 are different. Refer product comparision table in below link.
