DS16F95: DS16F95: Leakage Current

Hello,

I am currently working on a work project that works with the DS16F95W883. I was looking at the datasheet for this part, but I could not find the leakage current any where in there. Is it possible for one of your engineers to help me find this out?

I am not familiar with DS16F95W883 as a part number.
The DS16F95 is for die sales.
There is the DS16F95QML and DS16F95QML-SP that are military and space hermetically packaged. Is this what you are looking for?

Yes I am familiar that this is part of the DS16F95 family. I have viewed both specific parts DS16F95 and DS16F95QML-SP and neither specifies what is the leakage current. Since they are all from the same family, I am assuming they might have the same leak current. I need help finding this out please.

The leakage current should be similar within lot to lot variations.

I have read each datasheet of each variation and I still did not come across the leakage current.

For the -SP version, there are parameters for driver and receiver Io and Ii respectively.
They show current with output disabled with and without power applied. This is the leakage current on the bus.
IIz has the leakage with bus tristated.
For control pins, the IIH and IIL parameters.

Could you elaborate on which leakage currents you could not find?

In the datasheet Ioz is the leakage current on the bus pins and Iih is the leakage current on the enable and input pins.
