We are using DS90UB954 for the ADAS application, Now the prototype ESD test can't pass,
I provided the schematics and PCB layout for your reference.
1. Issue description：
ESD TEST: The DUT is power on，test ±6Kv(contact),±8Kv(air) to metal shell,（Model :300pF/2000Ω）,there is four 0.1uF cap between GND and shell, and the shell is connect to earth; Image error after the test and image is ok after DUT restart.
2. Analysis:
954 and CPU covered with copper,test ±6KV,±8KV，image is ok。
954 covered with copper only，test ±6KV,±8KV，image is ok。
We think the main factor affecting image anomalies is 954.
3. conclusion
Pleace help we to review design,and give me some suggestions to pass ESD TEST.
And what is the ESD level of vertical and horizontal coupling test for DS90UB954 ?
