Hi,

I uses TUSB217-Q1 to lengthen the communication distance. But when I mounted the part on the PCB, there is no any improved effect.

Could you please give us any suggestions about this case? Or do you have reference design about TUSB217-Q1?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your reply. I referred the document, but it seems that it does not help.

The application is automotive MP5 system. There is a USB board which connects MP5 main board with smart phone. When using TUSB217, there is no any improvement. It seems that the TUSB217 does not any function. I'm sure that the chip is not in I2C mode.

Could you give us more suggestions?

Please refer to the schematic as attachment. I'm in Chongqing. Is it possible that you trip to Chongqing for further support? This customer is our KMM customer, so it's very important.
