Would you please provide the 27.95143Gbps settings?

Does not work if set as described in the Programming Guide

Please note, you also need to set the following registers:
Reg 0x67[7] = 1'b
Reg 0x64[7:4] = 1111'b
Reg 0x67[6] = 1'b
Reg 0x64[3:0] = 1111'b

Did you do these settings as well? Please let us know.

Hi Bang,

1). Can you please confirm you are now able to have a reliable lock? I believe the original issue was that you were not able to lock.

2). Or maybe you are now able to lock but you are getting bit error?

3). Can you please install SigconArchitect GUI on your laptop or PC and using SMBus allow this GUI to control your device.
