Hello,
PRST_N is stuck low even though all the input resets are high. What other condition can cause it to stay low, failing link training? We have tested this with an old computer and the XIO2001 works and now when we test with the new computer PRST_N is stuck low. Where should we look on the new computer that can help us resolve this?
