    Yes, this device by itself is a 5 channel Hub, by using two you will have up to a 10 channel Hub.

    "How?"

    An example of this being done can be seen in figure 3. The thing you need to note is the EXPXXX pins are tied together. Any unused channels should still have a pull up resistor.
