About PCI wake function, what is the difference between PCI PME connect to PCI bridge or connect to PCH directly?

The only difference is that the PME message is transmitted upstream through PCIe as a PM_PME message. See 8.3.6 PME Conversion to PCI Express Messages for more information. Are you asking out PME or WAKE?
