Would you please give me more background info on why you need to cascading HD3SS3212?

For USB2.0 switch, please check TI switch TS3USB* family depending on your system requirement.

This implementation will work, please also take the system loss, the combined BW going through two HD3SS3212 into account. If host controller and device endpoint do not have margin, then you may also need a PCIe driver in the system.
